You are totally right, and on addition to nightshade you can use glaze, it's developed by the same team of people and It distorts the artwork to make It so Ai has difficulty replicating your style even on the lowest settings both tools add distortions or artifacts to your artwork that while barely visible are still efective.
However for those who don't have a powerful enough computer to use these tools, please, watermark your artwork and post a lower quality versión of the original, It's not the best but at least is something
