But human do the same thing all the time and call it intelligence or creativity like if you are an artist you can make certain unrecognisable creature or objects and call it your creativity from heart yet certain details eyes-like or nose-like or finger-like elements will always show up which corresponds to something you have already seen in somewhere in nature so that is also algorithm and not a free will -as per say
