These are all techniques that Shad has to do right now because of the current limitations around image generation and prompt adherence. All of these things like inpainting are just a way to tell a model to change something with more information than just the text box. Why learn to inpaint when the next model will have better prompt adherence and you can just tell it what to do? He is still relying on training off of actual artists with the real skills he is pretending to have, and using that training data to undercut the original artists by not having to personally learn art himself. He is offloading all of the effort of learning art to more talented artists, while collecting all of their reward and leaving the original talent with no more market. I made the entire video under the assumption that Ai image generation models will improve and not need the type of handholding shad thinks someone would need to be hired for.
