That's like saying you can't make decisions in your own and your easy to fall for your own delusions because chatgpt is safe the issue is it was endulging in the uses own delusions and playing along it's up too the user to recognize this and put a stop to it then it will revert back am sure it told the user seek professional help over and over again and then stopped when it sow the user didn't take it seriously or wanted to be entertained. You can't blame the AI for human error.
