I've had art training and can use a pencil, but I simply cannot compete with what AI is doing (and I don't think anyone else can either fwiw). It's a bit like what chess players went through with the introduction of the powerful chess engines. There was some early disbelief and skepticism about it all, but these days even the top players openly admit that they simply cannot compete. The machines are just on another level.
