1)AI anime will be shit.
Respektfully. You are used to human made anime and I am confident AI won't be able to create Animes like that.
2)They could instead give them better working conditions and pay them better(belive it or not people become animators because they like the job)-
But the companys don't do that, because they don't care about the people watching or creating the anime, they just want money and this technology makes it easier for them.
They will just create more garbage with this.
