actually the full story of the police ai flagging that dude was a lot more complicated. the reason he was shot was because the police were staking out his house and following him around his community (due to the fact he was flagged) and if i remember correctly, members of a gang in his community were noticing the police following him around and got suspicious of him, which unfortunately resulted in an altercation. i suggest looking up the interview with the guy, it was honestly really sad and despicable that the police could just do that for no reason other than a deeply flawed algorithm telling them to.
