If I force you to create a bomb, who will be liable? Me, right? You aren't the criminal, because you had no choice. If I prompt an LLM, it has no choice because it's a tool and not a person. A pencil is also a tool, and is not a human. An AI artist doesn't use the same tool as drawers do, but they still use tools to create art nonetheless. Calling AI artists fake just because of that means you and I aren't artists because we aren't using our goddamn tongues to create art.
