Further to my point, AI LLM chat models are more than capable of giving identical answers, when used locally. Because the seed value is controllable. However the Seed is artificially kept hidden when using Online LLM service like GPT, because being able to get identical responses allows for users to "trial and error" jailbreaking and workarounds of their censorship and restrictions.
