@syzygy4669 there is a difference. If a company were to use my image/likeness without my consent to make money I have grounds to be compensated for that. Artists aren't being compensated for these companies using their work for profit.
Again the simplest and easiest solution to the majority of the issue would be to make the AI opt-in and leave it up to the artists if they want their work to be a part of the AI
