unironically dont do this. obvs using ai is shit cause its just a glorified theft machine but besides that.... the results are just bad. ive seen A LOT of ai art and have yet to see one without blatant anatomy or lighting mistakes. using it as reference will just teach you wrong things.
like the other person said you're far better off investing in learning how to take your own photos or just taking that time to practice anatomy, id be willing to bet either would give you a better result.
