@boblol1465 You don't need permission or a license to use a work if the result is transformative. Several lawsuits (Meta, Anthropic) recently even ruled that the training was considered fair use and sufficiently transformative. However, the means by which the data is acquired can be problematic, but that's less of a copyright thing and more of a TOS/piracy thing depending on where it comes from.
