Yes, AI clearly have problem with recognizing motorcycle at night and it is a problem that they should solve. But the video actually made a good point about that problem. If you have 2 points of reference which are lights, the AI tends to classify it as far away car. The thing is, if you have additional points of reference, that are visible to the camera - so reflective elements for example, the probability of "it being a car" gets much lower and it may recognize it as motorcycle. So even if it is faulty technology you can increase your chances by giving more information to the AI.
That being said, you can do everything in your power, but if you meet someone really stupid on the road none of it will help. I will try to increase my odds however...
