I would've agreed with you if this was a normal customer support situation, but this is a driverless car going in circles, the guy is obviously distressed and he is still supposed to stop the car himself?!
That is a terrible way to treat a user from a "driverless" car that is in possible(But unlikely) imminent danger.
"Couldn’t have been more rude to a woman who has nothing to do with why the car is going in circles."? Of course, the woman IS just a worker, but right now, for that user, that woman might as well be the company's CEO(Or representative), so becoming a little rude is to be expected in this situation, i've seen people being much more violent(Unnecessarily so) that were not in a possible danger like this man was.
