@xjakanton That is true, being that it's not as explored so I can see where your concerns lie. I can also see parallels like cooking; most people will buy ready meals to stick straight into their oven or microwave, or even just buy readily available meals like sandwich 'meal deals' in shops instead of preparing food themselves, but still there are those that will buy fresh ingredients and create meals from scratch.
But yes, what you said is absolutely true that art may be seen as just a hobby in the future because of what's happening, it potentially may be seen as trivial even.
As much as I like AI, I still like to see real artists create works! I think it's just the tech nerd inside me that's excited to see the future of an emerging technology, even if it's going to be used to create a potentially dire future from misuse.
