Funnily enough, you can add human implication anywhere in the process of creating art and it becomes fine.
If you use AI to have a starting point because you don't know where to start, it is an okay thing to do as, from my experience, you usually end up adding stuff while doing the art.
If you draw first, then use AI to like apply textures, it's the textbook case of where AI should be used.
