@elweegee3575 you see weegee, in art, there's this crazy thing called "TRANSFORMATION".
When I use people's images or art as refrence to make my own drawing, I am TRANSFORMING it into my own. And it is now MY OWN, because I actually drew it.
The only times where art is NOT transformative is when it's copied or traced from existing art. In such cases the art is actually stolen. Because you didn't actually draw it YOURSELF.
Which is exacly what AI does. It copies and essentially traces art to make these images
