What if it malfunctions or hallucinates? Who would be responsible the user, the owner, some CEO or the programmers or trainers? That's a lot of people. Is it even possible to identify who programmed and trained each AI? Or who/what caused malfunction? Is there people capable and ready to investigate these things?
