@SunnybobQuackers-b2l Practically the first thing you see about self-driving on Tesla's website is that "currently enabled features require active driver supervision and do not make the vehicle autonomous."
I feel this lawsuit is an overreaction because the result is so tragic. People use tools all of the time, and we don't blame the tools when a person uses them to hurt someone else. I see where the label of "self-driving" might mislead, but you could say the same thing about a "hunting rifle" that is used to hurt a person.
