@clearviewmoai That's exactly what you should do before making a judgement on the act. Doesn't change the fact that you can't judge an act/bill by its name.
For example, the Child Wellbeing and Schools bill in the UK has a part of it that grants the government the ability monitor all photos taken on a smartphone and requires age verification in order to use a VPN
