People (including ones who don't really understand the code they're asking for) are using it now though, and might be unaware of the risk that the code they're generating can easily be vulnerable. These AI code generation services are being sold to executives.
Lots of companies are inflating their share values by overpromising on what "AI" can do for them now, or will be able to do in the future. There's merit in cooling off the craze.
