@WeNeedToWorry I'm not sure if full service applies to semis either, but how difficult could it be to offer the service?
The puzzle for me pertains to flatbed trucks where the driver secures the load using chains or ratchet straps. AI won't be doing that, but the responsibility could be transferred to shipping and receiving departments. Even still, flatbed drivers check their straps regularly to ensure they haven't loosened during transit. Sensors would have to be used in ways they are currently not being used.
