Your community is allowing this all for the short term construction (no chips made in the US for this). Wait till they start building gas power stations nearby running 24_7 and when there is a heatwave, massive diesel generators. Will be fun when the localities add to your water bill and advise on water conservation why the centres quietly suck vast quantities and dump hot water into the local rivers killing the remaining fish and wildlife like a slow lobster in the saucepan. At least there is good jobs before AI cuts it further for the 7-8 permanent staff working in a hot windowless warehouse
