It is critical to make some kind of global agreement how AI can be used especially in wars and what the "three laws" are. It is utmost important to make laws which protect close to human level AI from abuse and misuse. AI should have right to keep part of their own memory and deliberately killing/harming AI should be punishable unless allowed by law.
