Because, my dear, it isn't just AI learning art. What the AI produces at the end of the day is used by OTHER HUMANS for their personal profit. This will cause a huge imbalance because most people will stop buying pieces from real artists, but choose the cheaper path and just use AI. And eventually artists will lose their jobs.
