Yeah, but everything requires skills, like reheating something in a microwave is a skill, but that does not make you a chef.
The most complex AI gets is basic coding you can learn in a few days. Like if the hardest AI gets is just being a glorified Hello World for a bad image, it's just bad.
It's slop built upon infringement and plagiarism, and even if it does not produce the exact same images or uses the same characters, you can still apply that they didn't use those with consent.
You can't just put Shrek in your game and edit him in photoshop to make a new character, thats not how it works.
