@Marrro Maybe. However, an AI has no human mind, it has no sense of imagination, emotion, or anything a human does have. So an AI cannot just create an image from a prompt out of the blue. It needs a base to work with, so with that it uses the images from the database to find anything related to the prompt, for example if my prompt is ''wednesday addams as a furry'' the generator will collect images relating to wednesday addams and furries, to put them together and create AI ''art''
That's just my basic knowledge though, AI art cannot directly copy, however it uses real peoples art. You can sometimes see faded signatures, or obvious style traits from a popular artist, that's all proof that it shoves art into their database for training.
