artists WANT to create. they're artists because of that. what they're complaining is about the system that makes this desire way harder to pursue than it should be.
as for the 'I find AI much better' stuff, AI art is just....empty. it doesn't fulfill any purpose other than commercial. what you're looking at are the feelings and thoughts of a machine. there's nothing of value there
