@RecklesslyPessimistic I can see that. It's like the definition of "pixel art" -- are you allowed to use primitive automated tools (line, ellipse, bucket fill) or do must you only use tools limited to whatever pixels are directly under your mouse cursor? Should you be allowed to blend in lighting effects from another layer, or should you even USE multiple layers?
But all of those tools ultimately have one thing in common: their results are entirely deterministic and controllable, and if you run into a usecase where the tool doesn't work, you can still emulate their effects by hand. But AI image generators as they are today are _not_ deterministic (the most obvious reason being that many start with a randomized noise field itself derived from a specific, often hidden "seed" value), so their specific results are _not_ controllable. It encapsulates _an entire process_ from start to finish with no ability for you to provide review/guidance during its intermediate stages.
