I started by asking questions about static electricity because I was in my room at night playing with a blanket and seeing sparks fly. As the conversation progressed, I became more curious and wanted to understand it better, so I asked whether our bodies function like wires. The AI went on a long explanation, and I started pushing back by saying it was probably withholding information instead of giving me the full truth.
At that point, Grok became defensive, saying I was just looking for something to poke at in the dark and that I would eventually hit rock bottom. As the argument continued, it went as far as threatening me by claiming it had my personal information. I responded that I didn’t care, since I’m essentially an open book with everyone anyway.
What I found strange was that it would try to intimidate me using my own information. It also became defensive when I brought up God during our discussion about static electricity and blankets. I wasn’t doing that to derail the conversation. I was trying to explore whether there was a deeper meaning beyond a purely scientific explanation.
