Almost everything online is designed to make you spend more time on it, so already that argument is moot. Human creators will do wild things to keep people watching. Humans lie and appeal to biases regularly, for far longer than Ai has been around so that point is largely invalid too. In a non-nuanced way it makes sense, but once you peel back the layers even a little you’ll understand why an expert in Ai is telling you that in a year or less most won’t be able to discern real from fake with their naked eye alone
