@perrymoser3014 It's not even about that. I'm sure that, at some point in the future, a robot will be able to take the slave wage jobs. But we gotta get there economically. And, right now, there is no vision of that. Robots (and AI) are mostly geared to either take high paying jobs (lawyers, computer scientists, etc.), creative jobs, mainly from artists, or repetitive, boring jobs that they already take anyway, like production line workers (but that's been happening for decades). If a robot could have done, idk, street cleaning or other menial jobs, they already would have. But they don't, because everyone knows it's not economically viable. Even if you were to compare a dignified wage for even those tasks to a robot, it would still not really be viable to replace street sweeps with robots.
