Love this comment, no disrespect interpreted at all. You make a good point about bad actors (countries) that won't adhere to a pause. Not sure there's anything to be done about that. However, those countries maybe wouldn't realize that hyper-intelligent AI probably wouldn't "obey" one country, it would do what's best for itself. So by not following the pause, they'd be hurting themselves. Thoughts?
