Why does anyone need experience when 99% of jobs will be replaced by AI/robotics? You think you can compete with a superintelligent robot? LOL. Here's the thing. Once AI is advanced enough, it's over for most jobs. Robots are INSTANTLY perfect at every task. Unlike with people, once the model and compute is advanced enough, every robot is much better at almost everything. So there is no need for human workers. Most people still don't get this...
