@psychedelicJake I am elated that AI is helping you in such a meaningful way. I just can't see the all- encompassing need. One has to learn how to write, before one can use AI to help you write. Nothing against you personally, but this is the problem most will have, seeing the ease of just using it without the knowledge of why or when to use it, or even more importantly, when NOT to (How much to?). AI is the niche, the tool.
Not using a tool you do not require doesn't make someone a purist, in the way that someone who uses the tool may still never be able to create in a way that makes them happy. It all depends on the writer, in this case.
Saying AI will become a literal requirement for writing going forward is rather far-fetched. It will be a boon to some, but no one will be excluded from sales or relevance simply because they didn't use AI in their process. AI doesn't confer (or deny) relevance. AI is simply another tool in our pile of tools.
