You are the one who said the police were corrupt, not me, you were the one who said all the good cops left, not me.
You obviously have done no research into how these systems operate. How it works is it tracks everyone and allows you to manually highlight or set up characteristics to automatically highlight the movements of anyone you desire. It has already been used by a sheriff to stalk an ex, he set up an auto alart for her license plate and on multiple occasions used it follow her with a police car and pull her over just to see who she was with. After being caught doing it he was demoted, but then was caught doing it again with another woman. There have been multiple incidents of Florida cops using it to stalk women they thought were hot as well.
