Except we do not get to decide what will happen. Now we have trucks and cars that drive without drivers, warehouse machines that replace workers, AI that replaces doctors and lawyers, robots that are waiters, cops on intersections, etc. My hip to hip surgery that took hours and hours to do is now done by a robot. When jobs get taken over - humans will be hungry and many can easily be eliminated or die off. Scary.
