On the Blue collar side of things, the food service industry will be the first to get replaced. California start-ups already have restaurants manned by robot with only one or two humans overseeing the operation and wrapping the package.
These other blue collar jobs like manual labor will take some time to get replaced, but so long as robotics and AI are improving it will become a reality next time for them to get replaced.
