​@bonddenhalter7243This sounds a bit like the naivety we had in the past regarding automation. In 70s if I would have had a pound for every task people claimed robots would never to be able to perform tasks which they would never be able to perform which they now do perform I would be rich! However we still have to do a lot. A supermarket, where I live, started to use AI to identify shoplifters. They have now binned it. It flagged up nearly 20% of innocent people while shoplifting was not even 50% reduced. It costs them more work and security people to sort cases out while losing clientele. The system was given the boot again. Gone. It has still a long way to go. I tried to get a generic form to fill in from a company which a lot of their people need. I thought a assistent AI bot not would be quick as no waiting time. The most lengthy and annoying "conversation" I ever had. Next time I'll use the call centre and wait half an hour and talk to someone with an heavy accent I barely understand. 😊😢😊😢😊😢
