As a job, AI does probably pose a threat. And that's bad. We shouldn't just accept it we should fight against it. If a big company starts actively using AI for their products people will notice and there will be backlash (probably). You cant have profit if no one buys your shit
One thing though is that if AI starts replacing the majority of artists it won't have the resources to improve and will just collapse feeding upon its own slop.
And AI art and writing at least for me is quite easily distinguishable. I can just feel that it is soulless.
