Apple has every single articles about it. I almost get arrested by a user for attempting copyright of their device (biometric hack), the hack was not a success anyway. In fact, there is a law that supports something like this, you should sue the exploiter not the company. If you read their agreement correctly, you would understand, people are careless about these things.
