As for the second part, there is no easy answer. Technology has always had its advantages and disadvantages. Perhaps children who use AI to produce art will be encouraged to become artists and painters themselves in the future. Perhaps it will also make them less interested in art and painting. I cannot answer this question. Answering this question requires academic and scientific research. But as far as I know, technology ultimately improves everyone's lives, even if it creates problems for some in the short term.
