No, humans are not neural network like these programs are. Our brains have nothing in common with them, outside of being modular and hierarchal. They have no subjective experiences, no emotions, to ability to ability deviate from what they have seen, no ability to be inspired, and no ability to refuse to take orders out of their own will.
