When you are feeding an ai. Art of someone withouth their consent and proceed to create a model that replicate their style exactly the same. Then proceed to sales comission online with this ai models. Im sorry it is theft. You are stealing potential clients of someone that could have more commission.
Stealing is not just about taking an physical object from someone. Its also about taking someone income for selling scam online.
