Singing is not like programming though. Singing is an art and as humans, we'd just rather have another human singing to us than a robot due to the emotional connection we can have with the human. Programming is all about writing the most efficient code for the problem, a trained artificial intelligence will eventually be much better than human beings at doing this so it will eventually be able to replace lots of programmers., especially for things like web development for example. Corporations won't choose a human when they can easily outsource the job to a superior intelligence.
