@SzalonyKucharz Of course it can't mean at the neuron level without being physically connected to an EEG of some type. But 'pattern recognition' is what algorithms are programmed to do. If you were to multiply the advances in algorithmic pattern recognition from the 1980' to the present, you'd understand how data granularity and contextual extraction has increased exponentially along with technology advances. They don't just need your personal data to "Improve the quality of data services rendered and to provide improved marketing data to third parties". That's the least of the benefits and surely not the priority agenda.
