im in IT as well, at our company, and the companys within my network, litteraly NOBODY got fired.. we are all using AI to be more productive. Illustrators use AI to be quicker at it, we all use it as a tool. I mean, people did clean with a mop in malls and shops, now they have this machine that makes it faster, and cleaning people became machinists.. Its like that.. What i mean is, chill, just be the first one to use AI, not the last one and you will be fine. Youll be more productive and efficient, for free. Your employee wont fire you for this. Maybe in america but here in germany.. litteraly nobody i know got fired due to AI. They all still have a job cuz you still need someone to make it happen.
