A good artist still has lots to fear from AI art. They’ll get thieved from by these posers. Being good doesn’t mean that you won’t get thieved from. And AI art discourages beginners and intermediates from actually learning the skill because you peeps don’t prioritize the skill, you prioritize perfection. Perfection is not human. Perfection is not a good metric for art. Perfection is only a metric for people who don’t understand that art is also the author, a metric for those that only like looks. Besides, your only basis of perfection is probably realism, ignoring all other artstyles like anime, surrealist, etc.
