The idea of AI has always been an extremely controversial topic of discussion. I myself don't enjoy the use of AI for many reasons. Ai is improving extremely quickly! To the point of a problem. Ai is being used as a replacement for many jobs. It hurts many people in more than 1 way.
One of the things is Ai art. Ai art isn't magically made from thin air. Ai art is made from a database full of stolen art. These pieces of art are taken without permission and the Ai will never forget an art work once its feed it. The art is most likely copyrighted but the people who give the art to the Ai don’t care.
There have been many people fired because of robots and Ai. Ai is the reason for animators being laid off also known as being fired for no real reason. That is being caused by the normalization of Ai in spaces for artists. Robots are taking jobs that are usually occupied by young people. Jobs like fast food workers and cashiers. Those jobs should be occupied by real humans, not robots.
The conclusion is that AI, also known as Artificial intelligence is something that we can’t escape but that doesn't mean it's right. It takes jobs. It hurts artest and people in the working class. It makes people lazy. These are all pointing to the downsides of using artificial intelligence.
