They do say, "No!" But they're being ignored. The city council and state governors allow it. That's why #47 gutted all of the regulatory agencies upon entering office. There's nowhere to complain to now. They're dismantling civil rights the same way. Although most of those rights were put in place to give Black Americans (American descendants of slavery) rights after the Civil War, same with the civil rights bills passed during the 1960's. These are under attack, because once the U.N. comes online, there will no longer be any sovereign countries or laws. That's the purpose of destabilizing and dismantling all legal protections. That was or is the job of the feds now. This leaves citizens without any legal protections from the abuses. Every govt agent and representative is bought or threatened. They're just figureheads at this point to maintain the illusion. At least they got some reparations for their troubles.
